How to eat:

For acute gastrointestinal upset, children and adults take 2 15 ml sticks 3 to 5 times daily. The stick can also be stirred into water or tea. It should be taken between meals or, if necessary, directly before bedtime. After the acute symptoms subside, the application can be continued for several days, with a dosage of 1 direct stick à 15 ml, 3 times a day. For chronic gastrointestinal discomfort, adults take 1 15 ml stick directly 3 times daily, or with water or tea on an empty stomach or between meals. For chronic complaints, we recommend treatment for up to 6 weeks, although improvement in symptoms may be seen after just 3 weeks of treatment.
