Storage method: avoid light and moisture

Instructions:

Pour boiling water (about 150 ml) into the tea bag to brew a cup of tea and cover with lid for about 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze out the infusion bag and remove. Drink freshly brewed tea several times a day unless otherwise directed. Adequate fluid intake should be ensured.
