Directions:
MOLKUR is a liquid concentrate for ingestion. Hold the bottle at a slight angle with the dropper while dripping. If the dripping process does not start immediately, tap the bottom of the bottle gently. Take MOLKUR in the morning after waking up, after lunch, and before going to bed at night.

Bottle size 250 ml: Adults and children over 12 years old, 20-24 drops (24 drops = 1.8 g) 3-4 times a day, drink neat if possible, otherwise take with 1/2 glass of water or juice.
