1 softgel Prostagut® duo 160 mg / 120 mg should be taken whole, twice daily, preferably with a meal. Reducing the dose is not recommended as the active ingredients will not be able to reach their full potential. Improvement of symptoms is expected in 4-6 weeks.

Active Ingredients: Saw Palmetto Fruit Concentrate and Nettle Dry Extract.
