We place orders directly with official German Apotheke pharmacies such as medpex, aponeo, shop apotheke, and dm. Every item has a clear source of purchase, without any intermediaries, ensuring you receive genuine products from German pharmacies.

Goods arrive at German warehouse, inspected item by item
After the pharmacy ships the goods, they are sent to our warehouse in Germany. Our professional warehouse staff verifies the product packaging and carefully packs each item into consolidated boxes. Any non-conforming items found upon receipt are returned and reordered.

Weekly fixed air freight arrangements
The German warehouse's cut-off time for orders is Wednesday at 3:00 PM (German time). We strive to get every shipment on the current week's flight to minimize your waiting time. If an order misses the cut-off, the goods will be securely stored in the warehouse and scheduled for the following week's flight.

Flights depart directly from Germany to Taiwan every Monday, without any third-party transshipment. Upon arrival in Taiwan, goods enter customs declaration procedures, with all customs documents handled by us. During special holidays or intensified customs inspections, customs clearance times may be extended due to irresistible forces, and we will inform you in advance via our official LINE account.

An order confirmation notice will be sent to your email, confirming items, quantity, and recipient information.
During procurement
After we place an order with a German pharmacy, we will notify you that procurement has begun and items are being prepared.
German logistics notification
You will receive a shipping notification once the goods depart from the German warehouse and board the air freight. At this time, the goods are traveling 9,400 kilometers to Taiwan.
Taiwan warehouse shipping notification
After customs clearance and packaging at the Taiwan warehouse, you will receive the final notification, which includes your tracking number and logistics information, allowing you to check the progress of your delivery.

Customs Clearance Instructions
The only step you need to take: EZ Way App
From procurement and air freight to customs declaration, the entire process is handled by the Munich Stars team. When your package arrives in Taiwan for customs clearance, the customs system will send a real-name authentication notification to the recipient. Please open the EZ Way App and select "Declare as Consistent," otherwise the package will not be cleared. It is recommended to install the app and complete real-name registration in advance after placing an order. Once everything is set, simply await your delivery.
Customs duties are included in the product price; no additional fees are required upon receipt.
