How to Use

Before use, check that the outer box seal is intact. Remove the cap. Before first use, pump 1-2 times until the spray liquid is released, ensuring the nozzle is functioning properly.

Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril, press the pump once, and inhale gently to allow the spray to spread evenly into the nasal cavity. Spray 1-2 times into each nostril, usually three times a day, or more frequently as needed.
