The product contains the sleep hormone melatonin, as well as hops, lavender and vitamins B3, B7 to quickly promote sleep and help relax the body and provide calm, which in turn helps you
fall asleep quickly. These ingredients are released within 20-30 minutes.
This sleep aid contains valerian to help maintain a natural sleep pattern and magnesium to relax muscles. Magnesium contributes to the normal function of muscles. This ensures optimal sleep for up to 8 hours.
