Food supplement with 50 μg of selenium/tablet, organically bound in Spirulina Selenium is a component of many important enzymes in our organism. It contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, the normal functioning of the immune system, thyroid function, sperm formation and the maintenance of normal hair and nails. The trace element is organically incorporated into the freshwater microalgae Spirulina in the form of selenomethionine.

It is obtained from soda lakes and is low in iodine.
