This preparation is a herbal sedative product used to relieve sleep disorders caused by tension.

There are no adequate studies on its use in patients with hepatic impairment. If you have liver dysfunction, consult your physician before use.

Unless otherwise prescribed by your physician, the usual dosage is:
Adults and adolescents or young adults 12 years and older:
Treatment of neurological sleep disorders: Take 1 tablet half an hour to one hour before bedtime.
You may take 1 more tablet earlier in the evening if desired.

Not intended for use by children under 12 years old.

Do not take it while lying down. Please take it with plenty of warm water.

Because valerian root has a slow onset of action, it is not suitable for acute treatment of mild nervousness and sleep disorders.
To achieve optimal therapeutic effects, continuous use for 2-4 weeks is recommended.
If symptoms do not improve or worsen after two weeks of continuous use, you should consult a doctor or pharmacist.

If you take more than you should:
If you accidentally take double or triple the prescribed dose (equivalent to 2-3 tablets), no adverse consequences will usually occur. In this case, continue to take the medication as per the dosage instructions or your doctor's prescription.

If you forget to take:
Do not take a double dose, but continue to take or use the medicine as prescribed in this leaflet or by your doctor.
If you have taken an overdose of this medicine (three times the recommended dose or more), you should consult a doctor.

Safety during pregnancy and breast-feeding has not been adequately studied. Not recommended for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Possible side effects:
Gastrointestinal symptoms (e.g., nausea, abdominal cramps) may occur after taking preparations containing valerian root. Frequency unknown.

Ability to drive and use machines:
Even when used as directed, your ability to drive and operate machinery may be impaired. In this case, you may not drive a motor vehicle, operate machinery, or perform other hazardous activities. This is exacerbated when mixed with alcohol.
