Ingredients

Per 5g granules Indian psyllium 2.60g, Indian psyllium husk 0.11g, Tinnevelly senna fruit 0.34–0.66g, equivalent to 15mg of hydroxyanthracene glycosides.
Sugar content Approximately 1.05g of sucrose per 5g.

How to Use

Adults and adolescents over 12 years old should, according to the leaflet, take the granules whole with approximately 250ml of liquid after dinner and remain upright; do not take directly before bedtime, and do not use for more than 1 week without a doctor's consent.
