The carefully balanced combination naturally relieves inner restlessness and tension, thus ensuring a restful sleep. Calmvalera® is naturally effective, well tolerated, does not cause daytime sleepiness, and is suitable for long-term use as there is no habituation effect or withdrawal symptoms. Adults and adolescents over 12 years: In acute situations, take up to 5 drops 6 times a day, possibly with water. Self-treatment for more than a week should only be done after consulting a doctor or alternative medicine practitioner experienced in homeopathy.

In chronic cases, take 5 drops 1 to 3 times daily. If symptoms improve, the frequency of use should be reduced.

Homeopathic medicines should also not be taken long-term without medical advice.

Dosage for children under 12 years of age is determined based on the instructions of a physician or other practitioner. It is recommended that children use the medicine after diluting it with water.
