Tilt your head back slightly, gently pull down your lower eyelid with one hand, and hold the bottle with the other hand, aligning it with the corner of your eye. Lightly press the bottle to instill 1 drop into each eye. Do not allow the nozzle to touch your eyeball or eyelashes to maintain hygiene.
