Directions:
Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) into the Einschlaf tea brewing bag, brew one cup of tea and cover with lid for approx. 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze out the infusion bag and remove. Unless otherwise prescribed, drink freshly brewed tea several times a day.
