Mivolis Vital Hair Complex provides the body with zinc, biotin and copper, as well as other vitamins of the B complex, such as folic acid and pantothenic acid, and the trace element selenium. The trace element zinc is a component of many endogenous enzymes and helps maintain normal hair and nails. Biotin supports energy metabolism and helps maintain normal hair and skin. Selenium helps protect cells from oxidative stress and supports the maintenance of normal hair. It also contains copper, which helps with hair pigmentation. Take 1 capsule daily with liquid (eg ½ cup of water). The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Do not take other dietary supplements containing zinc. Not suitable for children and young people under 18 years old. This product contains 150 mcg of biotin per daily dose (1 capsule).
