The hustle and bustle of everyday life and work-related tensions often lead to nervousness and inner restlessness. It’s difficult to “switch off” at night, and it’s often impossible to find the calmness needed to fall asleep. Yet, restful sleep is essential to health and well-being. Mivoli's night's rest Valerian dragees can help you fall asleep, supporting restful and peaceful sleep.
Storage: Do not store above 25°C and in the original packaging to prevent moisture.
Directions:
The recommended dose is: Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: • 3 coated tablets up to 3 times daily for restlessness, • 3 coated tablets ½ to 1 hour before bedtime for neurological insomnia. If necessary, you may take an additional 3 coated tablets earlier in the evening. Swallow the coated tablet whole with plenty of liquid (preferably a glass of drinking water). Never lie down to take coated tablets!
