Omega-3 Total is a unique combination of natural, non-concentrated wild fish oil and cold-pressed olive oil. Norsan fish oil is produced in Norway. The recommended daily intake is 8 ml (1 tablespoon), which contains 5.8g of fish oil and 1.4g of olive oil.
Natural fish oil is composed of a fatty acid complex of over 50 fatty acids, whose effects are similar to eating fish. Fish oil should be as fresh as possible. Smell and taste are important indicators of quality - just like with other foods. The freshness of Norsan fish oil is evident in its pleasant taste and the absence of unpleasant burping after consumption.
The fish oil is sourced from wild-caught fish. Fishing takes place within the framework of licensed sustainable fisheries (IFFO certification). The fish oil is processed in Norway according to strict Norwegian regulations and tested for pollutants and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).

Storage instructions
Unopened product should be stored at room temperature or in a cellar, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, the bottle should be stored in the refrigerator.
Please note that crystals may form at temperatures below 4 degrees Celsius. These crystals will dissolve again after a few minutes at room temperature.
It is recommended to gently shake the bottle before consumption.

Directions for use
Omega-3 oil should not be heated. Add the oil to warm food after it has cooled down slightly.
An opened bottle should be consumed within 45 days.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
