Q: Why do I need to register with Ez Way?
A: When your package arrives in Taiwan and is ready to clear customs. You need to click "Pre-authentication" in the Ez way real-name registration app. The "Pre-appointment" Taiwan Customs has been formulated to be fully implemented from 2022/12/31. Taiwanese consumers who purchase cross-border packages need to go to Ez Way and click "Customs Real-Name Appointment" and confirm to press the "Declaration Matches" action before the cross-border goods can be successfully cleared and delivered to you. On the contrary, if you have not completed the real-name authentication and pressed "Declaration Matches", your goods may be stuck at the customs, delaying the customs clearance and delivery of the goods.
