1. Product Packaging:

All raw materials used in products manufactured in the EU must be approved as harmless to human health and free of side effects before production is permitted. The concept of environmental protection is also reflected in their product packaging; German products are often packaged in paper boxes, rarely in plastic bags. Products are also not sealed with plastic or excessive glue along the edges. Some products come in simple packaging and do not have additional plastic caps or pump seals for the bottle opening. Therefore, slightly fragile paper box packaging often experiences minor damage due to collisions during long-distance transportation. However, the protective layer closest to the product itself is sealed and robust. If the product itself is still usable and the quality is completely fine, we will ship it to you as normal, and we hope for your understanding.

 

2. Product Sourcing:

Our products are sourced from original manufacturers through German pharmacies and brand-certified distributors. All products have procurement documentation. Germany places great importance on supply quality, and German products must be labeled in German. Labels in other languages indicate imports from other countries, which we absolutely do not sell. We provide you with original German products so you never have to doubt the authenticity of the source. The integrity of product sourcing is our principle.

 

3. Payment Methods:

4. Product Shipping Process & Delivery Time:

The shipping process diagram, logistics methods, and delivery times apply to [pre-order items]. For pre-order items in Taiwan, regardless of home delivery or convenience store pickup, delivery takes approximately 18-25 days. In case of special holidays or force majeure, this store will extend the delivery time and notify via the official Line account.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
1. Home Delivery: In-stock items arrive in approximately 2-6 days (excluding holidays)

2. Convenience Store Pickup (Cash on delivery is not available for convenience stores): In-stock items arrive in approximately 3-5 days (including holidays)

3. International Home Delivery (excluding Hong Kong and Macau): German pre-order products will be shipped directly from Germany. Delivery takes approximately 20-35 business days plus logistics time.


4. International Home Delivery (Hong Kong and Macau): German pre-order products will be sent from Germany to Taiwan, then distributed within Taiwan by SF Express to Hong Kong or Macau (shipping fees will be paid by the recipient directly to the SF Express driver upon delivery). Delivery takes approximately 18-25 business days plus logistics time.

 

How to know if an item is in-stock or pre-order:

As product inventory fluctuates, the store does not indicate whether items are in-stock or pre-order. If customers urgently need an item, they can first inquire with customer service (please include a screenshot of the item and state the desired quantity).
