How to use member points to redeem cash

Step 1: Log in to your membership account

Step 2: Click the gift icon in the bottom right corner of the official website homepage(See Figure 1 for details)

Step 3: To redeem membership points for cash, please click "Redeem Points(30 NTD can be redeemed for every 100 points)"(See Figure 2 for details)

Step 4: To redeem membership points for cash, use the cursor to select the amount you wish to redeem, then click "Redeem"

*Currently, points are redeemed in increments of 100 points for 30 NTD. Any remaining points (less than 100 points) cannot be redeemed. This policy will be adjusted based on customer feedback.
