Step 1: Download the Ez way app

Step 2: Register for the Ez way app
The registration process is as follows:
On the APP, fill in your nationality, mobile number, name, and ID number. If the owner of the current mobile number is the same as the person wishing to register, select "Yes" for "The ID number entered is the same as the applicant for the mobile number," and enter your account (self-set), password (self-set), and email. Ensure your phone is connected to a 4G or 3G mobile network (not Wi-Fi). The data will be sent to the telecom operator for identity verification, and registration will be completed upon approval.
On the APP, fill in your nationality, mobile number, name, and ID number. If the owner of the current mobile number is not the same person, or if you use a prepaid card, a special rate plan, or the number does not have mobile internet access, select "No" for "The ID number entered is the same as the applicant for the mobile number," and enter your account (self-set), password (self-set), and email. Upload clear photos of both sides of your ID. After image recognition and verification, an SMS verification code will be sent to the mobile number you wish to register. Enter the verification code in the corresponding field, and registration will be completed upon approval (approximately 3 working days).

Step 3: Real-name Appointment Operation
When a customs broker declares goods, if the consignee's (importer's tax obligor) Chinese name and mobile number are real-name authenticated, the APP will push the customs declaration information to the consignee for confirmation. This allows for online confirmation via the mobile APP to replace the original paper customs power of attorney. The system defaults to displaying import customs declaration (express simplified declaration) data from the past 3 months. Clicking on the sub-bill of lading number will display the following customs declaration information: "Declaration Date, Declaration Number, Sub-bill of lading Number, Declared Amount (purchase amount + shipping fee), and item name and description." Please select truthfully according to the actual situation.
