A strong immune system cannot completely prevent infection, but if you do catch a cold, it can defeat it more effectively and quickly. Staying healthy, getting enough exercise, and eating a healthy diet are essential. In addition, you can boost your immunity with some daily tips:

Wash your hands frequently: Wash your hands thoroughly and often, as hands are the main route of virus transmission.
Ventilate regularly: Regularly ventilate all rooms where you spend a lot of time. In poorly ventilated and overheated rooms, the number of cold viruses will be higher.
Rest properly and ensure sufficient sleep: Be sure to take time to rest and relax. Excessive stress and busy activities can weaken the immune system. Sufficient sleep is also crucial. During sleep, the body and immune system repair themselves and replenish valuable energy, thereby accelerating recovery.
Vitamin-rich diet: Ensure a balanced diet rich in vitamins, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and consume enough vitamin C. Foods rich in vitamin C help strengthen the body's immune system. Vitamin C also promotes iron absorption and speeds up wound healing.
Healthy lifestyle: Avoiding or reducing stress, getting enough sleep (which is often underestimated!), and giving up bad habits like smoking can allow the immune system to "breathe" and regain its strength.

How should Engystol® be taken?
Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, adults and children over 12 years of age should take 1 tablet every half hour to every hour, up to a maximum of 6 times a day, when acute symptoms appear. After symptoms subside, 1 tablet can be taken 1 to 3 times a day. The tablets can be dissolved in the mouth for convenient on-the-go use.

Children aged 6 to under 12 years should not exceed two-thirds of the adult dose. Preparation method: Dissolve 1 tablet in approximately 150 ml of water. Give the child 2/3 of the solution and discard the remaining portion.

Children aged 1 to under 6 years should not exceed half of the adult dose. Dissolve 1 tablet in approximately 150 ml of water. Give the child half of the solution and discard the remaining portion.
