For use in adolescents and adults over 12 years of age:
For respiratory colds with mucus:
3 times a day, place 1-2 drops in a glass of warm water and drink in small sips or place on the back of your hand and absorb.
Inhalation: Add 3 - 4 drops into a bowl of boiling hot water, 2 to 3 times a day, and inhale the rising vapor for about 10 minutes. A towel can be placed over the head and bowl to increase the effect.
