Norsan Omega-3 Total has a unique formulation of a natural, non-concentrated, wild fish oil and cold-pressed olive oil. The Norsan fish oil is sourced in Norway. A daily dose of 8 ml (1 tbsp) is recommended, which contains 5.8g of fish oil and 1.4g of olive oil.

Natural fish oils consist of a fatty acid complex of more than 50 fatty acids and have a similar effect to eating fish. Fish oil should be as fresh as possible. The smell and taste are important indicators of quality - as with other foods. The pleasant taste and the absence of unpleasant burping after taking Norsan fish oil indicate its excellent freshness. Norsan fish oil is excellent in quality and exceptionally fresh.

The fish oil is sourced from wild-caught fish. Fishing takes place within the framework of permitted and sustainable fishing (IFFO certified). The fish oil is processed in Norway according to strict Norwegian regulations and tested for contaminants and PCBs.

Storage instructions
Unopened products should be stored at room temperature or in a cellar, protected from direct sunlight. Bottles that have been opened should be stored in the refrigerator.

Please note that crystals may form at temperatures below +4 degrees Celsius. These dissolve again after a few minutes at room temperature.

It is recommended to shake the bottle gently before consumption.

Omega-3 oils should not be heated. Add the oil to warm dishes once they have cooled down slightly.
