Contains five essential oils that can relieve the discomfort of the early stages of a cold. The heat from the bath allows the essential oils to evaporate in the steam.
Use herbs to relieve nasal congestion, alleviate the discomfort caused by colds, and allow the body to recover naturally.
5 essential oils: Eukalyptusöl, Pfefferminzöl, Kiefernnadelöl, Fichtennadelöl, and Kampfer camphor oil.
Dermatologically certified for skin compatibility, free of artificial fragrances, and formulated for skin care that is gentle on children's skin.

Directions:
1. Pour 1-2 bottle caps into the bathtub (the amount of essential oil depends on the height of the water, usually 0.5-1 bottle caps, 1 bottle cap is about 15ml)
2. The water temperature is about 32-38℃, and it is recommended to soak for 10-15 minutes.
