The selected formula contains high doses of magnesium that the human body cannot produce on its own. The mineral magnesium contributes to normal muscle and nerve function and the maintenance of normal bones.
Additionally, vitamins B1, B2, niacin, B6 and biotin support energy metabolism. Folic acid and vitamin B12 help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Pantothenic acid supports the maintenance of normal mental performance.
