Emser® Nasal Irrigator, with 4 bags of Emser® Nasal Irrigation Salts. When you start to feel a stinging, runny nose, irrigating your nasal passages can often prevent a cold from spreading. Natural Emser salts enhance the nasal membrane's ability to cleanse itself, actively thinning mucus and putting an end to a runny nose and other symptoms.

If you do have an infection, rinse your nasal passages quickly and gently to clear them and promote the healing process.

A solution for every situation

application
1. Fill the nasal irrigator with water. Fold the nasal nozzle horizontally. Then pour warm water into the nasal irrigator until it reaches the 250 ml mark.

One sachet of salt contains the equivalent of one Emser® nasal irrigator (250 ml of water) of isotonic solution. This is the only way to ensure accurate dosing and safe and comfortable use. The water should be at least drinking water temperature and not exceed 50°C. Follow the instructions for use.

2.95 g Emser® salt in 250 ml water (Emser® Nasal Rinse)
2.5 g Emser® Nasal Rinse Salt: 250 ml Water (Emser® Nasal Shower)
2. Pour Emser® Nasal Rinse Salt (2.5g) or Emser® Salt (2.95g) into the saline bag, close the lid, and shake to dissolve the salt. Close the lid valve with your index finger and fold the nasal nozzle upwards as far as possible.

3. Rinse your nose.
Place the nozzle against one nostril and lift your index finger. The liquid will flow into one nostril, rinse your nose, and then out the other nostril.

Note: Open your mouth wide to prevent the liquid from entering your throat.
