Fenistil Tropfen drops 20 ml

The drops contain dimethicone maleate. This preparation is an antihistamine used to relieve allergic symptoms such as rash, itching, and hay fever or other forms of allergic rhinitis. The drops inhibit the effects of histamine, a substance released by the body during an allergic reaction. They can relieve itching and irritation caused by the rash, reduce swelling, and relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis, such as a runny nose, sneezing, itchy nose, and itchy and watery eyes.
Areas of application: For relief of the following symptoms:
Histamine-induced itching;
Itching associated with chickenpox in young children;
Allergic rhinitis in patients over 6 years old;
hives (urticaria);
Insect bites.

The recommended dosage is:
Adults and adolescents over 12 years old: Take 20-40 drops 3 times a day.
For patients prone to drowsiness, it is recommended to take 40 drops before bed and 20 drops in the morning.
The recommended daily dose for children aged 1 to 11 years is 2 drops per kg of body weight, divided into 3 doses.
Your body weight (KG) multiplied by 2 and then divided by 3 equals the number of drops you need to take 3 times a day (2xKG/3).
