QuinoMit Q10 capsules contain ubiquinol, the active form of Coenzyme Q10. Studies have shown that ubiquinol is more highly absorbed than the oxidized form of CoQ10, ubiquinone. Ubiquinone, which we take in through food and which is produced in our metabolism, is converted into its active form, ubiquinol, in the blood.

The reduced form of ubiquinol is 3-4 times more absorbable than the oxidized form of ubiquinone.

Unlike ubiquinone, it does not require three enzymes in the blood to be reduced and can only function when selenium and zinc levels are healthy. However, this status is often too low, especially among older people.

Instructions

Take 1 capsule (50 - 100 mg Ubiquinol) 1-2 times daily, without chewing, with warm water. The capsules may also be chewed if desired. Allow contents to dissolve in mouth and swallow.
