SymbioLact® PLUS is a daily capsule targeting the intestinal tract and intestinal flora. Each capsule contains 30 mcg of biotin and six different strains of lactobacillus.
The gut is the most important interface in our body. When unfolded, it covers an area of 400-500 square meters due to the many small folding structures. Food ingredients and fluids enter and leave our bodies through this surface. At the same time, the penetration of pathogens and pollutants is prevented. A healthy intestinal mucosa is important for maintaining this barrier function in the body. Each SymbioLact® PLUS capsule contains 30 µg of biotin to help maintain normal mucous membranes. The content is equivalent to 60% of the recommended daily intake for adults (LMIV reference value).
SymbioLact® PLUS also contains 10 billion bacterial cells (CFU) per capsule. The following bacterial strains are included:
