1. Why did the website revise? Looks different?

In order to provide a smoother and better shopping experience, the website was moved to a new platform. The interface is clearer and the process is simpler. I hope you will like it!

2. Can I still log in with my old account?

In order to protect the security of your information, the information on the old website cannot be automatically transferred. You need to re-register as a member on the new website (orders from the old website will be shipped normally, and member points and other related rights and interests will not be affected). 3. Where did my previous order records go?

If you need to check the order records of the old website, please contact our customer service and we will assist you.

4. Can membership points/coupons still be used?

If you have unused membership points on the old website, according to the membership points game rules, the points will automatically be reset to 0 on February 28th of each year . If your membership points were credited after March 1 , your rights and interests will not be affected. Please provide your membership account information to customer service and we will assist you in the inquiry. For discount coupons, please provide your membership account to customer service for confirmation.

5. Are there any changes in shipping costs or payment methods?

6. Can I purchase from the new website using a mobile device?

sure! The new website is more friendly to mobile phones and tablets, making your shopping experience smoother.

7. Are there any changes in product prices or inventory?

The prices or inventory status of some products will be adjusted, please refer to the new website information.

8. I placed an order on the old website but haven’t received it yet. Will it have any impact?

No impact! We will still process and ship old orders as normal. You can check the logistics progress through customer service.

9. Is the favorites list I'm following still available?

The favorites list cannot be transferred to the new website. Please create it again. We apologize for the inconvenience.

10. Do I need to re-subscribe to the newsletter?

If you have provided us with your email, you will continue to receive the latest offers and event information. If you need to change your email, you can subscribe to the newsletter again at the bottom of the new website.

11.Is the delivery time of the goods the same as before ?

The delivery time of goods remains the same. It takes about 3-5 days ( excluding holidays ) for the arrival of spot goods , and about 2-3 weeks for the arrival of pre-ordered goods.
