Agiolax Madaus Granules is a short-term laxative used to treat constipation.

Application Adults and adolescents over 12 years old take 1 to 2 measuring spoons of Agiolax Madaus in the evening after meals.
The correct dose for an individual is the minimum dose required to obtain a soft stool. The effect is apparent after 8-12 hours.

Swallow the granules whole with plenty of liquid (about 1/4 litre). Keep 1/2-1 hour interval between taking other medicines.

NOTES As with all laxatives, Agiolax Madaus should not be taken without medical advice if you suffer from fecal impaction or unexplained gastrointestinal complaints such as abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, as these symptoms may indicate an impending or existing intestinal obstruction (ileus).

If you need to take laxatives every day, you should determine the cause of your constipation. Long-term use of laxatives should be avoided.

Do not use this medicine after the expiration date which is stated on the package or packaging. The expiry date is the last day of the specified month.
