The granules contain concentrated collagen hydrolysate, vitamin C and GAGs (glycosaminoglycans, the building blocks of cartilage). Vitamin C ensures normal collagen formation and the function of cartilage, tendons and ligaments.

The granules should not be completely dissolved before taking, but we recommend mixing them with liquid for easier administration. Arthrotana® granules are ideal for sprinkling on cereal, fruit salads, and desserts. Of course, Arthrotana® can also be taken on its own. Swallow the granules whole with a small amount of liquid.

Note for patients with diabetes: One dose (7.5 g) per day is equivalent to 27 kcal/117 kJ and 0.04 urea nitrogen.
