The capsule also contains 15 mg of lutein + 1 mg of zeaxanthin and the omega-6 fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid. and vitamins A, C, E, B12 and B6, the omega-3 fatty acid DHA, and the trace elements selenium and zinc. It also contains the plant substances lutein and zeaxanthin. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. The cornea can only obtain vitamin A through the tear film .
