Mivolis Vital Hair Complex provides the body with zinc, biotin and copper, as well as other vitamins of the B complex, such as folic acid and pantothenic acid, and the trace element selenium. The trace element zinc is a component of many endogenous enzymes and helps maintain normal hair and nails. Biotin supports energy metabolism and helps maintain normal hair and skin. Selenium helps protect cells from oxidative stress and supports the maintenance of normal hair. It also contains copper, which helps with hair pigmentation. B vitamins complement and support each other in function, and vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, biotin, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to energy metabolism.

Take 1 capsule daily with liquid (eg ½ cup of water). The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Do not take other dietary supplements containing zinc. This product is not suitable for pregnant women. Dietary supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for children and young people under 18 years old. This product contains 150 mcg of biotin per daily dose (1 capsule). If you are having laboratory tests, you must tell your doctor or laboratory staff that you are taking or have recently taken biotin because biotin can affect the results of such tests.
