It’s difficult to “switch off” at night, and it’s often impossible to find the calmness needed to fall asleep. Yet, restful sleep is essential to health and well-being. Mivoli's night's rest Valerian dragees can help you fall asleep, supporting restful and peaceful sleep.
Storage: Do not store above 25°C and in the original packaging to prevent moisture.
Directions:
The recommended dose is: Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: • 3 coated tablets up to 3 times daily for restlessness, • 3 coated tablets ½ to 1 hour before bedtime for neurological insomnia. If necessary, you may take an additional 3 coated tablets earlier in the evening. Swallow the coated tablet whole with plenty of liquid (preferably a glass of drinking water). Never lie down to take coated tablets!
