Norsan Omega-3 capsules are manufactured by San Omega GmbH.Omega-3 capsules contain natural, unconcentrated fish oil from wild-caught fisheries and rosemary extract as an antioxidant. NORSAN fish oil is produced in Norway. The recommended daily intake is 4 grams of fish oil, equivalent to 4 capsules per day (each capsule contains 1 gram of fish oil). NORSAN Omega-3 capsules use the same high-quality fish oil as Omega-3 Total. This fish oil is wild-caught. The fish farm operates within a licensed sustainable fishery (IFFO certified). The fish oil is processed in Norway according to strict Norwegian regulations and is tested for contaminants and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).

Recommended intake:
Take 4 capsules (containing 4 grams of fish oil) daily. These should be taken with or after a meal, with plenty of water. This ensures optimal utilization of the fatty acids by the body.
