Ingredients:

Recommended intake:
Stir one measuring spoon of OMNi-BiOTiC® 6 (= 2 g) into 1/8 liter of water before bedtime daily, wait 1 minute for activation, stir again, and then drink.

If you want to give your digestion additional support, use OMNi-BiOTiC® 6 twice a day, preferably in the morning and before bedtime, and if possible, on an empty stomach, so that the active microorganisms can reach the gut particularly quickly.

Duration of use:
