Dosage and administration

Do not use in children under 6 years old.

Unless otherwise prescribed, do not exceed the following doses:

For difficulty sleeping, adults and children 12 years and older, take 20 to 40 drops at bedtime. Children aged 6 to 11 years can take 10-15 drops.

If nervous, adults and children over 12 years old should take 15-20 drops per day. Children from 6 to 11 years old take 5-10 drops at a time. Dilute the drops with water.
