Some people infected with Helicobacter pylori (HP) will not experience any discomfort ; some people will have excessive stomach acid due to the infection, and suffer from pyloric gastritis and duodenal ulcer ; another type of people will develop chronic gastritis after being infected with Helicobacter pylori, increasing the risk of gastric cancer. If Helicobacter pylori can be eradicated , the chance of ulcer recurrence will be reduced from 50% to 10%.
👉 In fact , more than 90% of duodenal ulcers and about 80% of gastric ulcers are related to Helicobacter pylori infection!
If you or your family members have the following conditions, you should actively seek examination and treatment:
• Gastric or duodenal ulcer • Chronic gastritis, gastric mucosal erosion
• Gastric cancer or family history • Symptoms such as indigestion, bloating, acid reflux, etc. • Diagnosed with MALT lymphoma
Studies have found that children aged 3-5 are more susceptible to Helicobacter pylori infection. HP infection will affect development and may lead to growth retardation, iron deficiency anemia, otitis media and other problems. (Source: Berlin Child Research Center, Berlin University of Medicine)
In a study of indigenous people in Colombia, it was found that children aged 4-8 years who were infected with Helicobacter pylori grew more slowly than those who were not infected. |

How do I know if I am infected?
There is a point "Trespass" and "non-trespass". There are three general types of non-invasive methods:
- C13-urea breath test: This is the most commonly used method in hospitals to detect Helicobacter pylori. It measures the C13 content in the patient's breath to detect the presence of Helicobacter pylori.
- Serum antibody assay: blood is drawn to determine whether there are Helicobacter pylori antibodies in the serum. The presence of antibodies indicates that the person has been infected with Helicobacter pylori in the past or is currently infected with Helicobacter pylori.
- Fecal antigen assay: Enzyme immunoassay is used to detect Helicobacter pylori antigen in feces. This method is simple and safe because it only requires the collection of feces.
- Simple test paper detection method: There are also simple test papers on the market that can be used to test the whole family by collecting dental plaque. If necessary, you can contact our customer service to get free test strips.

Traditional treatments reaching a bottleneck?
The most common method to treat Helicobacter pylori is the "three-in-one therapy": stomach medicine + two antibiotics.
Several common bottlenecks of traditional therapy:
1. Drug resistance increases, efficacy becomes unstable, and many people experience side effects (such as diarrhea, bloating, and loss of appetite).
2. For the elderly or children, high-intensity antibiotic therapy will be too much for the body and all good bacteria will be killed. The recovery period is longer.
Probiotics are the hidden god teammate for stomach health, Pylopass patented bacteria!
💡 At this time, probiotics specifically targeting Helicobacter pylori become another gentle choice!
Studies have shown that probiotics can increase the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori, reduce side effects, and even strengthen overall gastrointestinal health!
German Nutrimexx was developed by German pharmacist Mr. Freud in 1997. It was specially selected from more than 700 types of lactobacilli and finally identified the special bacteria Pylopass that has a cross-linking effect with Helicobacter pylori. "Degree of cross-linking": refers to the degree of physical polymerization of Helicobacter pylori to exclude harmful bacteria. The higher the degree of polymerization, the better, resulting in the continuous elimination of Helicobacter pylori.

Several advantages of probiotics in fighting Helicobacter pylori
1️⃣Physical package handling stabilizes the gastric mucosa and builds a protective wall
Probiotics such as Lactobacillus can strengthen the structure of the gastric mucosa, making the stomach less susceptible to invasion by bad bacteria, just like wearing a layer of "bulletproof vest". Probiotics release natural antibacterial ingredients such as organic acids, short-chain fatty acids, and bacteriocins, which directly interfere with the living environment and enzyme activity of Helicobacter pylori.
2️⃣Regulate inflammatory response and relieve discomfort
For example, Lactobacillus reuteri can adhere to the stomach wall first, competing with Helicobacter pylori for territory and reducing its colonization rate. Probiotics can help reduce the immune inflammatory response induced by Helicobacter pylori and relieve symptoms such as stomach redness, swelling, pain, and acid reflux.
3️⃣ Stabilize intestinal flora and reduce side effects
Antibiotics often cause an imbalance in intestinal flora, causing diarrhea and bloating. Probiotic supplementation can restore intestinal stability and make overall treatment smoother.

The most powerful DSM17648 ( Lactobacillus reuteri) Probiotics
🔹 Clinical Trial 1:
Study Design: To explore the effectiveness and safety of probiotic treatment. Twenty-seven patients with asymptomatic Helicobacter pylori infection (including twins and only child) were included. In only children, a single-blind, nonrandomized crossover design (14 days of placebo followed by 14 days of probiotic treatment) was used. 19C urea breath test (UBT) was performed to detect H. pylori infection at baseline, after placebo treatment, after probiotic treatment, and 4-6 weeks after the intervention. The results showed that the Lactobacillus reuteri DSM 1 7 6 4 8 preparation can significantly reduce the infection level of Helicobacter pylori in infected people and has good safety. |

🔹 Clinical Trial 2:
Study design: To explore the effectiveness and safety of probiotic treatment in reducing the severity of HP infection and improving gastrointestinal symptoms in infected individuals. Twenty-four HP-infected patients with mild dyspepsia were enrolled and took placebo for the first 4 weeks (days 1-28) and solid probiotic tablets for the next 4 weeks (days 29-56). HP load was measured by 1C urea breath test (UBT) at baseline, 28 days, and 56 days, and changes in gastrointestinal symptoms were measured by Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale (GSRS). Blood samples were collected to evaluate changes in physiological indicators related to safety. The results showed that Lactobacillus reuteri DSM 1 7 6 4 8 preparation had the potential to inhibit HP infection and improve HP-related gastrointestinal symptoms, and had good safety. |

🔹 Clinical Trial 3:
Study design: Double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial, enrolling 103 children aged 9-17 years with Helicobacter pylori infection and chronic gastritis, who were randomly divided into a probiotic group, a treatment placebo group (quadruple therapy + placebo group), and a combined treatment group (probiotics + quadruple therapy). All groups were further divided into two subgroups (2-8 days and 5-6 days) according to the duration of probiotic/placebo treatment. At the beginning and end of the trial (0 days, 5-6 days), all children underwent upper laparoscopy, and 4 upper cavity and gastric body biopsy specimens were taken, followed by histological examination and rapid urease test. Conclusion: In children with HP-related chronic gastritis, Lactobacillus reuteri alone |

Don’t think that taking medicine is infallible anymore - the current trend is to use "drug + bacteria both at the same time" to have a higher success rate!
🟠 If you are receiving treatment for Helicobacter pylori, don’t forget to discuss with your doctor whether to take probiotics🟠 Choose probiotics with scientific basis, clear strain labeling, and sufficient dosage🟠 Products containing patented lactobacillus, bifidobacterium, Saccharomyces boulardii, etc. are especially recommended
To protect the health of your stomach, you don’t just need to rely on medicine; probiotics can also help!
