Comprehensive protection to activate joint regeneration

Starting from the molecular level, Orthomol Chondroplus's cartilage matrix nutrition complex combines the synthesis of cartilage extracellular matrix (ECM) to fully support cartilage health.

1. Core Features:

• D-Glucosamine Sulfate (8.4%)
Participates in proteoglycan synthesis, consolidates cartilage structure and improves elasticity.
• Chondroitin Sulfate (2.7%)
It helps absorb water, maintain matrix viscoelasticity, and inhibit decomposition enzymes to delay cartilage wear.
• Sodium hyaluronate and extracts (0.4%)
Enhances the lubricity of synovial fluid and promotes cartilage cell renewal through receptor action.
• Collagen Hydrolysate (15%)
Provides low molecular weight collagen peptides to stimulate the regeneration of type I & type II collagen and optimize matrix remodeling.

2. Clinical Research

1. Long-term efficacy of Glucosamine Sulfate on osteoarthritis
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial published in The Lancet by Reginster et al. showed that treatment with 1,500 mg/day of glucosamine sulfate for three years significantly alleviated knee pain symptoms and significantly slowed the rate of joint space degeneration on imaging.
2. International consensus recommendation of Chondroitin Sulfate In its 2003 report , the European Association for the Study of Rheumatology (EULAR) gave chondroitin sulfate glycolate a level 1A evidence rating and a strength A recommendation for the use of chondroitin sulfate glycolate in cases of moderate osteoarthritis, confirming its efficacy in relieving pain and improving joint function .
3. Collagen Hydrolysate improves sports-related joint pain
A 24-week clinical trial published by Clark et al. in 2008 showed that among athletes who supplemented with collagen hydrolysate, 78% of patients experienced a significant decrease in joint pain at 12 weeks, which lasted until 24 weeks; the long-term safety profile was good.
4. Efficacy of Glucosamine + Chondroitin Combination (LEGS Study)
The LEGS cohort study followed 502 patients with knee osteoarthritis for two years and found that supplementing with glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin, alone or in combination, effectively improved pain and functional performance , with good long-term safety.

3. Quality Assurance

• ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System: Full-process quality control.
• Cologne List® has no drug residues: athletes and high-intensity trainers can use it with confidence.

4. Sports Matching and Applicable People

• For those who sit for long periods of time: Combine chair stretching and neck and shoulder rotation to reduce stiffness.
• Medium to high intensity exercise/weight training enthusiasts: Post-training supplement to help cartilage repair and metabolism.
• Those in the early stages of bone and joint degeneration: Combine low-impact aerobic activities such as brisk walking, swimming, and cycling to reduce the burden on joints.
• Post-exercise recovery period: Take within 30–60 minutes after training to improve matrix remodeling efficiency and alleviate micro-damage.
